On the last Wednesday of each month (April-November),
Cafe Nautique brings a local speaker into an actual cafe to tell their story.
The event is FREE but we do encourage you to buy something to eat and drink in support of our generous hosts.
Our guest speaks for 15-20 minutes without props, visuals or handouts. This makes the evening more of a conversation than a presentation or a lecture.
We then take a break to top up glasses and refill plates.
Then it's back for questions, where the story might expand or head off in a whole new direction.
At the end of the event, we will all have learnt something more about where we live and the people with whom we share this part of the world.
6.00pm on the last Wednesday of each month (April-November) at
Seabreeze Cafe, London Quay, Picton
Kitchen stays open until 8pm - Bar stays open until later
The Cragg name has been in Picton for 150 years. Amy's story will have a mix of working in hospo as a young mum, playing top level rugby & netball, and ending up owning Oxley’s.
Through serious health struggles Amy has refocused. Her personal and business lessons along the way will be a big part of this story.
